  • You own the Generated Names you receive, subject to our limited license below; however, you must independently verify availability, including trademarks, domain registrations, and social media handles.
  • We do not perform trademark searches or guarantee non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
  • User Inputs may be retained to improve the Service but are not shared publicly without consent.

By using the Service, you grant MMGQL LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze User Inputs and Generated Names solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including AI models, algorithms, software, designs, and content (except User Inputs and your Generated Names), remain our property or our licensors’.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission.
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding elements are protected and may not be used without authorization.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via third-party processors. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Taxes are your responsibility.
  • Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before expiration.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations or non-payment.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Generated Names obtained prior to termination remain usable per the ownership clause, subject to verification requirements.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from Generated Names.
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended suggestions.
  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Third-party links or integrations are not endorsed and used at your risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMGQL LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

  • Direct damages capped at the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months (or $100 if no payment).
  • No liability for User Inputs, Generated Names, or third-party claims arising from your use.
  • This applies regardless of negligence or foreseeability.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MMGQL LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, User Inputs, Generated Names, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
  • You waive jury trials and class actions.
  • For users outside the US, international conventions do not apply unless mandated.
